Prepare representative part photos, material, maximum dimensions, individual weight and target output or production rate.

Clear inputs make it easier to discuss the process and configuration. You can contact us with incomplete details.

Share workshop dimensions and layout, power and utilities, number of colours, project timing and location.
Process, equipment and service scope are confirmed for each project.
For a retrofit, add existing equipment photos, layout and the problem you want to solve.

One: maximum part size and weight. Two: target output and takt for the main product. Three: pretreatment requirements and current conditions. Four: available floor area, clear height and column spacing. Five: utilities — electrical capacity, gas, compressed air. Six: colour-change frequency and number of colours. Seven: local environmental and emission requirements. Eight: budget range and target start-up date.
If any one of these is missing, the design can only be guessed at. And changes caused by guessing usually cost more than the two extra days needed to confirm properly.
Factory floor plan including column grid and door openings; section drawing or measured photos of clear height; photos of existing equipment if this is a retrofit; photos of typical parts with dimensions marked; photos of current hangers.
Where drawings do not exist, a sequence of phone photos plus a short walk-through video is far more useful than a written description.
It should itemise: equipment list and specifications, pretreatment and curing configuration, conveying and controls, installation and commissioning, training, spare parts, warranty scope and period, and exclusions. A quotation with no exclusions section usually transfers the risk to the buyer.
Equally, a total price without a configuration breakdown cannot be compared across suppliers, and leaves no way to judge whether later changes will become an open-ended cost.
Can you propose a line from parts and output alone?
We can give directional guidance, but accurate line length, oven dimensions and pricing need building and utility conditions confirmed as well.
How long does a quotation take?
With complete information, an initial proposal usually takes a few working days. Detailed design takes longer and varies with project complexity.
Can you give a rough price first?
We can give a range, but such ranges are wide and of limited use — they tend to create expectation gaps later. We prefer to quote once the information is complete.
